Welcome to Shri Bhakta Anjaneya Temple, San Diego (SBATSD). By accessing this website, making a donation, purchasing a Seva, or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
SBATSD is an IRS Certified 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization (EIN: 46-3251338).
If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this website.
2. Religious and Spiritual Services
All Pujas, Homams, Abhishekams, and related services offered through this website are religious and spiritual services performed according to Vedic tradition.
Participation in rituals is voluntary and based on personal faith. SBATSD does not guarantee specific material, financial, or medical outcomes as a result of any religious service.
3. Donations
All donations made through the website are voluntary contributions to support:
• Temple operations
• Priest services
• Annadana (community meals)
• Educational programs
• Temple development projects
SBATSD is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
A donation acknowledgment will be sent via email upon successful completion of payment.
4. Refund Policy
Donations
Donations are generally non-refundable.
If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact the temple within 7 days of the transaction for review.
Seva & Religious Services
For paid Seva services:
• If cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, the temple may issue a refund at its discretion.
• If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, refunds may not be possible due to prior arrangements and material preparation.
Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
5. Scheduling and Timing
For Seva bookings:
After booking, devotees are required to contact the temple via email at info@sbatsd.org to coordinate:
• Date
• Time
• Sankalpa details
If no date is specified, the temple will perform the ritual at the next available auspicious time.
SBATSD reserves the right to reschedule services due to priest availability, temple events, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Pricing and Changes
The temple reserves the right to modify:
• Seva offerings
• Sponsorship options
• Suggested contributions
• Event pricing
All changes will be updated on the website.
7. Volunteer Participation
Volunteers participate at their own discretion. SBATSD is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages incurred during volunteer activities unless caused by gross negligence.
